Guidelines for Visiting Cats

We love visiting cats 😻

Is your cat ready for the big event?

If you are bringing your cat to POP Cats, it’s super important to go through these guidelines beforehand to make sure your little buddy is all set for a fun time!

Cat Registration will be on-site. Must follow the guidelines below. Any attendee that does not comply will be turned away. Tickets are not refundable.

Please do consider:

  • DO NOT make this event your cat’s first outing.
  • You are fully responsible for your cat.
  • Kittens do better with crowds than adult cats.
  • Some cats are more sensitive to noise than others.
  • Comply with all guidelines specified here. Guidelines are subject to change at our own discretion and without notice.>

Guidelines:

  • Up to (2) cats allowed per group.
  • Have an updated rabies vaccination proof on hand at the event.
  • To ensure cats’ safety, other animal species are not allowed and will be turned away.
  • Your cat MUST be handled by adults at all times.
  • Your cat MUST be suitable to attend and is not aggressive towards other cats or people.
  • Your cat MUST be transported to the Exhibition Hall inside a carrier, pet backpack, pet stroller, or wearing a harness and leash.
  • Oregon Attendees Only: visiting cats must remain in stroller or carrier at all times. Leash roaming is not permitted at the venue.
  • If you let your cat out of its carrier at the Exhibition Hall, your cat needs to be wearing a harness and leash at all times.
  • Do not let your cat wander.
  • Do not bring your cat close to other felines.
  • You MUST register your cat on-site, at the event venue, on the same day of the event and comply with these guidelines. Cats that are not registered will not be allowed entry.
  • We are not responsible for any harm to your cat; you are fully responsible for any incident caused by your cat.
  • Any attendee that does not follow these guidelines or endanger his/her cat or any other cats, may be asked to leave the event. Tickets are not refundable.
